White screen after turn on

Hi, I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2010 that when I turn it on, the Apple logo appears and after loading the screen is completely white and in some cases blue.

I find it curious that a few days ago when I turned it on in safe mode, the system loaded, but not now.

Also when I try to reinstall an operating system it starts to load and once again the screen goes blank.

Things I already did:

Restart NVRAM / PRAM

Reset SMC

Repair Disk

Command + V boot

And i tryed with one monitor connected to thunderbolt port

What else can it be? Thank you!
