Replace a dead or damaged battery in your fifth generation iPod nano with this part.

Remarque

Lithium ion battery shipping regulations limit the shipping methods for orders containing batteries. Domestic orders may only be shipped via Standard shipping. iFixit is not able to ship batteries internationally or outside the contiguous US at this time. iFixit Customer Support will contact you if your order needs to be modified after it is placed.

Installation requires soldering of battery to logic board and requires the following additional tools: Soldering Iron, Solder, Tweezers, Metal Spudger

Alors là, pas simple en effet. J'ai mis en danger plusieurs fois l'iPod, notamment en connectant la batterie à l'envers la première fois (quel boulet) ! Et pourtant, au final ça marche.

J'ai quand même cassé mon écran au démontage et dû le remplacer. Je n' . . .

Methodically & carefully followed the guide and comments at the bottom of the guide along with suggestions in the Click-Wheel Guide.

Used a number of additional tools to expedite.

Replacement of battery and reassembly completed successfull . . .

Unfortunately during the disassembly process I broke the ribbon on hold switch while trying to remove the battery from the case. Other than that things went well. Needless to say IPod is n . . .

My Gen5 iPod is an amazing thing. Movies, FM, music, tons of room, etc. I used it to take moves and listen to podcasts on long trips. But I must have neglected the charging because it plain stopped working. Dead, Nada.
