Background
Released on October 12, 2022, the Surface Laptop 5 is the 5th generation of surface laptops. It's very similar to previous models in looks and internal layout. However, this laptop came with the release of two new colors. It features the new Intel processor and graphics. Unlike the previous model, the Surface Laptop doesn't come with the option of an AMD processor.
Identification
The Surface Laptop devices all look very similar. You can identify your Surface Laptop model by the 4-digit number printed on the top edge of the back cover:
