Coder MiP one day old - was working - battery says fully charged - but Coder MiP doesn’t turn on? Any suggestions?

Brand new Coder MIP - fully charged (approx. 20 hours charging time) after 5-7 minutes in use, it run out of battery already. Is this normal?

Brand new Coder MiP (fully charged for approx. 20 hours) runs out of battery after only 5-7 minutes in use. Is this normal?

Same CODER MIP here - we got erratic performance from the battery pack. A smart slap seems required to ensure a tight battery connection after a robot fall, otherwise it appears to have run out of battery. Not optimal, but it allowed us to play for a while.

My Mip doesn’t work even if I replace the batteries. It acts very strange. It keeps making a clicking noise
