Best Screwdriver For Abnormal Screws

Does anyone have any advice on the best screwdriver for the abnormal screws that go into the motherboard them a screw screws into them? They are three is the GSM 4, (I believe) two in the CDMA 4 and two im the 4S. It is the screw that for example, on the 4S, holds the motherboard down at the bottom but then the battery clip goes over it and another screw screws into it.

I have been using a certain 00 Philips screwdriver that is very perfect condition and a 1.2

Options

use a flat head screwdriver... it fits just trust me. There should be one at the bottom by the speaker assembly, one in the middle by the sim tray, and one by the vibrator at the top. hope it helped
