2 Is the HardDrive replacable?
Is it possible to replace its Harddrive(SSD?)? or is it weld to the MB?

No, it isn´t possible to replace the SSD of your tablet-pc because it´s welded to the motherboard.
In addition, I recommend buy a Surface with more HDD ( I like 32 Gb)
