If you have never backed up your iPhone through iTunes to your computer, you can perform backing up right away. And then restore the lost photos from the iTunes backup.
Back Up Through iTunes
>Open iTunes and connect your device to your computer.
>Click Back Up thourgh going to Files>Devices>Back Up Or
>Click the device after it is recoginized by iTunes.And then Click Back Up Now.
>After the process ends, you can see if your backup finished successfully in iTunes Preferences > Devices.
Restore From iTunes Backup
> Connect your device to the computer that you stored your backup on.
> Open iTunes. If iTunes tells you there’s an iOS update, get the latest version.
> Go to File > Devices > Restore from Backup. If you’re using Windows and don’t see a File menu, press the Alt key.
> Look at the date and size of each backup and pick the most relevant.
> Click restore and wait for the process to finish. Your device will restart and then sync with your computer. Stay connected until the sync finishes.
Back Up to iCloud
> Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
>Tap Settings > iCloud > Backup.
> Make sure that iCloud Backup is turned on.
> Tap Back Up Now.
> Stay connected to your Wi-Fi network until the process completes.
> Make sure the backup finished by tapping Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage, and then select your device.
> The backup you just made should appear in the details with the time and backup size.
And when you want to deleted everything on your iphone you can used this so called Data Eraser Tool to delete everything from iPhoneand all your data will be erased.
