How do I install this Ear piece Mesh?

This should be simple but I can't seem to figure out how this adhesive goes on. When I bought a new screen for the iphone 4s It came with an ear piece mesh and this home button spacer? I don't know why I would need a spacer for the home button it seems the button would work fine without it...

there is quite a few cut outs and I just can't picture it so I'd like to have some advise. the other one seemed more straight forward with the circle hole and what not but this is the one that came with the screen. Also the hole on the top right which I'm assuming is the camera hole is not present on the adhesive I have.
