The sound in my iPhone wont work. I've asked my cousin to call it and it will ring. But when I try seeing YouTube videos or a movie online, I can't hear it. When I press the volume to higher it the little lines won't come out. And I know I don't have the sound on silent I've checked a billion times. Please help.

If you have recently used headphones with it, try inserting and removing the headphone jack a couple of times - sometimes - especially with headphones using crappy/cheap jack connectors - the contacts inside the iPhone that detect if a jack is inserted or not will remain stuck.
If this doesn't fix it: can you confirm if you can hear sounds with headphones connected ?

I can hear it with the headphones on.
