I repaired my iPhone screen and everything looked and worked fine for the first couple days. Then after a few days it now will only power up if it is plugged into the wall. Wondering how to get it charging again

Sounds like a battery issue if its powering up when plugged in its not the dock
Does sound as if the battery's dead

does the phone react to you charger? (sound, screen turns on)
if not you might want to check your phones dock connector ribbon and the center base of the logic board.
