First you will need the tools to open the system as well as an ESD mat to work on.
To start with you need to disconnect the battery ASAP as having it connected can make things worse. Follow the iFixIt guide on removing it.
You will need to get a few things to clean the wine out. Distilled water (not tap water), 85% isopropyl alcohol, some baking soda, cotton swabs (buds), & can'ed air.
Depending on how much wine is still present you may need to neutralize the acids in it. Mix in a separate container some of your distilled water and baking soda (1 part soda to 20 parts water). Don't use all of the distilled water as you'll need it to clean things as well.
Using the cotton swabs wipe down the areas you see anything wet or stained with straight distilled water. I would hit the exposed contacts & solder joints with the baking soda cleaner if you had a lot in any one area. You will need to go over these areas again with the distilled water to remove any remaining baking soda cleaner. Then go over the areas again with the isopropyl alcohol this will help in drying any remaining water under the components as well as use the can'ed air.
You will likely need to pull the logic board out to get to the other side. You can review this iFixIt 13" MBP Retina teardown to get an idea how things come apart. Follow the other guides as needed.
Just be careful as you wipe the logic board that you don't snag any thing or pull any components off.
Take your time and make sure to have a plastic egg carton or two to hold the small screws. Take some pictures of any areas you have concerns and we'll try to help as best as we can. It's likely the keyboard is damaged to the point it can't be saved you'll need to order a new top case to get a new one. Hopefully the battery was low so it didn't add to the damage.
