Hi, i made the upgrade from Intel® Core™ i3-550 Processor (4M Cache, 3.20 GHz) to Intel® Core™ i7-860 Processor (8M Cache, 2.80 GHz), and now my iMac (Middle 2010) is so slow, i dont know whats going on, i read something about the FCLGA1156 and im a little bit confused.. so, should i go back to my core i3? or can i do something for the upgrade? thanks.

The EFI Update is ok, is the one that i already have...

I would run Bench marks on both processors. Download Geekbench http://browser.primatelabs.com/mac-bench...
