I tried almost every mattered posted on the website such as SMC, reset PRAM but I still couldn't resolve the problem, after that my battery percentage went down to 7% and my battery is not charging!!! Is my battery died and needs to be replaced a new one? Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Thanks & regards

KL

I would first check your wall outlet - then try a different or new charger.

If there was no liquid damage or falls the DC-in board and battery should be ok. However if you've dropped, squeezed or stacked something on the laptop there could be internal damage.
