It was about 1/4 fully charged when plugged it in . I went to setting to increase my storage and not been able to leave. Phone doesn't ring.
I voicemail window opened telling me I got a call from my wife and when I hit listen the window closed and nothing was heard.

Do a hard reset press and hold power and home button together at same time this will reboot the phone

Thanks it worked. I tried that earlier. Maybe I didn't hold it long enough.
