BIOS password screen Coming up AGAIN

press power button it shows Toshiba logo . If press F2 or F12 the BIOS password screen would come up & after 3 wrong password it shutdown .But if press Esc the following screen shot come up

And then screen asking Bios password again .

Can any one help me out ? Thanks
