I can open my door most of the time. Sometime it opens but it doesn't shut unless I get out of the car and hold the button if it closes at all. The eyes flick as if they are blocked but they aren't and they are clean. This open isn't even 5 years old yet. Any advice would be helpful.

Had a similar thing happen with my brother's garage door opener. With his it was that the whole track system had moved slightly to the left. It might just need a little re-alignment.

How did you determine the misalignment? What needed to be done to re-align it? Thanks!
