Gap between the iPod 3rd Gen back panel and front Panel

Does anyone have any tips when closing up the ipod 3rd generation.

There's a tiny gap between the front and back casing and i'm trying to figure out whats causing it.

I have a suspicion that it's the clips on the front panel.

Any tips?
