Two rubber "gaskets" came off the logic board after soaking in alcohol. I found where the bigger one goes but not the smaller rectangular one with a ring on one corner. Anyone know where it goes?

It sounds like one of the chip covers. Did you remove the metal covers as part of your liquid damage repair?
Can you post a picture of it?

Didn't remove the metal covers. Doesn't look like a cover, it's open in the middle. I first thought it went around the battery connection socket but it's not quite long enough. The bigger one had multiple openings and went around the sockets for the front panel connections.
