Why does my screen does not fill up and goes on anf off
My screen does not fill and goes on and off as well as bounces. How can this be fixed?

It sounds like the power supply or CRT is failing.
Due to the high voltages used within these systems you need to be very careful when working on them.
It maybe time to think about replacing the system.
