Okay, let me guess. Motor? Window motor? Flat head...??? Um maybe the screws/rivets that hold the window motor to the window regulator? That's the only thing I can think of based on your incomplete description. Give us more detail.

Best guess based on the comments above is that you mean that your window regulator motor for one of the power windows on your W123 chassis Mercedes does not have a back cover that screws open as described in this guide:

Guide on maintaining "Screw Open" style window motors

So what you'll want to do is take a look at the guide for the other style, which can be easily drilled open and modified to then use screws for easier future maintenance:
