iPhone 4S turns on only with charger - no wifi, bt, mobile?

Hi,

3 weeks ago I replaced the battery of my iPhone 4S 64G (2 years + 4 months old). Today it suddenly turned off but it will only turn on with the charger connected - after I unlocked the phone it does not regognize wifi, bluetooth nor mobile network - battery is at 100% but playing it little bit the display freezes.

When the charger is unplugged it will turn off completely.

Any clue which part of phone is broken? Its the logic board?

Replacing the battery (again) solved the issue. Never trust cheap batteries from ebay!
