Why it can't detect when I touch the screen?

It's possible you may have damaged a part inside the phone or possibly lossened a cable or connection with the device on the inside. If you feel comfortable take the electronic apart, I would suggest following one of the helpful guides located here:

Hello Mohd, while I have little to no knowledge in the Ipod branch I just thought I'd help clear up your question for others who know more than myself.
If I've understood you correctly, you dropped your Ipod Nano (7gen) and after the drop the unit is not responding to you touching the screen?
