many a times when i charge my laptop with its charger the temperature of my battery along with the temperature of my charger gradually increases even if i do simple task like browsing.What is the reason and what should i do.

Bibhu Prasad, your power adapter gets hotter as it tries to supply the power demand to your computer. Make sure that your air inlet vents are clean and free of obstruction. You may also consider disassembling your computer and cleaning the fan. Check to see if it works properly. Depending on the age of your computer, considering a new battery may be another option.
