Finding good quality iPad Air Parts in UK/Europe?

I'm struggling to find a reliable source for a glass/digitizer replacement other than eBay which is a gamble at best, and as of yet iFixit don't have any in stock, and even if they did, the UK Vat is at a prohibitive 20%+Premium shipping only, I'm not knocking iFixit which as been invaluable in helping me, but I've hit a brick wall.

Can anyone recommend a seller or a price range I should be looking at, they range from £10-£45-£100 or $16.73-$75.29-$167.29 in U$ currency.

Are there any forums for enthusiastic novice self iRepairers like myself?
