My Gear is unable to connect to other devices like my phone
I turned both my Gear and my smartphone's bluetooth on, but they're still unable to connect! I believe they're within range also.

First, make sure there aren't any obstructions between your Gear and your Bluetooth device. Walls or other obstructions between the devices could weaken the connection and result in a bad connection.
Second, update any software for the device. If the latest version of the Gear Manager application is not installed and up to date, it may result in being unable to connect the devices.
If neither of these work, try resetting your Gear. When it powers back on try connecting to the Bluetooth again.
If it is still not working, contact the Samsung Service Center.
