iPhone 5 don't charge

hello everyone, I have an iphone 5 that, once connected via usb is recognized at times yes and no and vibrates constantly, impossible to restore it or load it, changed the battery and dock but it does not work. Help me

yes, the display is OK, I tried with a full charged battery and the phone is all ok. I turn on the phone and I charge it but it don't charge.

If you have already changed the dock and it still won't charge this is a problem with the motherboard using cheap 3 party chargers can burn out the chip on the motherboard that makes the phone charge
