Has a spark but won't start
I have fuel in it it had spark but won't start

This can be caused by a few things.. .
1. Starter switch not engaged properly
2. Fuel starvation, filter or blockage in pipes or jet blocked in carburetor.
3. Lack of compression in cylinder. Due normally to running out of oil in fuel mixture.
Test to see if spark plug is wet with fuel after you try starting if not test pipes by removing to see if fuel flows past filter etc.
If plug is wet test a small sample of fuel for flammability as could be stale if unused for a long time.
Test compression of cylinder ( possible damage to rings , piston or cylinder lining )

Hey vic , try to start it with the muffler off only run it for a couple of seconds if it starts Now that the mufflers off check to see if there is carbon buildup next to the piston , Let me know if it starts and I can steer you the rest of the way
