How to can I repair the sensor of samsung galaxy S5

Hi

Accidently my phone fell from the table and after that I realised my sensors have stopped working, if I shake my phone I can hear something broken inside I can't use S Health or use any palm or motions features in the phone.

I live in India if I buy the parts and tools from here will I get delivered at my place

PLEASE HELP
