Why can't I hear any noise coming from my speakers?

First, make sure you check the sound settings and ensure the external speaker is not set on mute.
If you repeatedly listened to the speakers at full volume for an extended time , you may have damaged the speakers. The external speaker can be replaced by removing the back chassis of the phone.

There probably is a loose connection in the phone.
