1 How come my sharpener isn't working at all?
You insert a pencil into the sharpener and it doesn't work. The sharpener seems "dead".

This could be caused by several problems including: a bad power cord or power receptacle in your home, a broken or faulty sensor, or a faulty electric A/C motor.
