1 Cannot activate the screen again after locking the phone.
Hi, the screen on this iPhone 5 will go black like it's locked if I lock it but I cannot activate the screen again no matter what I do after it's locked. Eventually I'll get it to work but it takes a while. The only way for me to use my phone is to keep it on and unlocked the entire time. It's only been opened one time at the Apple store. I'm thinking maybe the proximity sensor, but I'm not to sure about that one. Please let me know what you come up with! Thanks!

You have to be more specific.
1/When screen is OFF:
How do you unlock your phone?
Does it respond if you press Home Button?
Does it respond if you press Power Button?
2/How about when it is ON, screen responds normally to touch?
Does iPhone respond if you press Home Button?
Does iPhone respond if you press Power Button?

When the screen is off nothing responds, not power and not home. When the screen is on it is normal and all of the buttons still work. I have to keep the screen unlocked all of the time otherwise it won't come back on. It takes hours to come back on and it's just by chance that it does.
