Whenever I take the watch off of the charger in the morning, it will stay on for just a few minutes before it dies again. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hey, great question! First off, does your watch charge in the first place? When you place it on the docking station, the watch face should light up and give you a time and a percent charge. If you get both of these appearing and your watch charges up to 100%, but after you disconnect your watch it quickly dies, you may have a problem with the battery. If it refuses to charge or the watch face does not light up, the watch is not recognizing the presence of the charging station underneath.
