Screen Does not fit after replacing the entire display assembly.

So I fixed a friends iPhone 5 Display assembly after it was dropped and cracked. The repair went without a hitch. However, the top of the phone (the top as in where the front facing camera is) doesn't go in all the way anymore. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? Ive taken the screen completely out and done it over couple times and still the same result... Anyone who can answer this I will mark that you gave me the answer!

Make sure you are putting the screen on like this and the clips are going under the frame needs to be fitted from an angle

Your frame is probably damaged so that the clip on the top of the frame are now insufficient.
