What's the model number of the motherboard for the Nexus 7 Wifi?

My Nexus 7 (2013) 32Gb Wifi only version has just died. I'm guessing it had something to do with the latest Android 5.0 update and fried my motherboard. So I'm looking for the exact model number to the version I have. Do you know what it is? and where I can find one?
