MacBook Air 13' mid 2012 - Liquid damage! crazy fan

Hello everybody!

I have bad news from a Macbook air 13' mid 2012 that suffered water damage. These are the simptoms :

-Doesn't power up(with and without battery)

-When magsafe is plugged in it only shows a very light green dim, also without pressing any key the fan starts spinning going to max speed!! but anything else is on.(I tried disconnecting the keyboard but keeps the same way)

-Aparently no blown component

-Tried cleaning all with alcohol and contact cleaner with no luck.

-Also checked carefully component by component and no one is missing.

-I noticed that a lot of circular pads are orange color, like toasted.. no silver color.

-Ac/dc board messures 16,67v from pin 1 to pin 2 and 4, is that correct? the magsafe board appears to be ok?

-What is the part which tells to fan to start spinning, without pressing any key? Why only the fan? Where it could be the short?

Any ideas? Any help is really much apreciated! I will upload all images possible in detail, maybe the experienced one could see some failure component!

Thank you!

The fan running at full speed and PC won't respond when trying to power up, that sounds to me like the SMC(System Management Controller) is causing you problems. You could try resetting the SMC. Although it may be damaged which resetting won't help but it's worth a shot. Here are a few links that explains the SMC's functions and how to reset the SMC:
