Can I turn on my MacBook with an external keyboard?

My MacBook Unibody had water damage, i know everything works fine after cleaning it but its keyboard wont work.

The way i turn it up was connecting another keyboard from a different MacBook Pro model, connecting the flex to the motherboard.

So, can i turn on this MacBook any other way, different "this jack" (MacBook Pro keyboard)?

Im not planning placing the upper case since is very expensive.
