I have the volume at full blast, but I can barely hear anything coming out of it. I tried putting headphones and taking them out, but it didn't work. What can I do?

Ensure the protective case does not block the speakers. Debris around the speaker areas can cause a distorted sound. If any exists, clean it and listen for a clearer sound quality.
