New Home Button Attachment?

I followed this guide to replace the home button on my iPod Touch 5th Generation (no camera). Everything was fine disassembling it, but I am having trouble installing the new one. When I try to attach it to the front panel, it doesn't stay in place. What am I doing wrong?
