Why won't my laptop turn on?
My laptop will not turn on when I press the power button. It has been plugged into the charger, but is still not responding.

If your laptop computer will not turn on, there could be one of four problems: battery may be dead, battery may be broken, charger may be broken, or turn on key may be broken. If your battery is dead you will need to plug your laptop into the charger. If the battery is broken you may need to switch out the battery with a new one. If the charger is broken then there may be an issue with the wiring in the charger and it may need replacing. Lastly, if the turn on key is broken then you may need to check the connection between the turn on key and the circuit board. For more information please refer to Dell Latitude E4200 Troubleshooting
