Does not charge and lightning ports stop working

Hi,

I have an iPhone 5 that does not charge, I tried with a new lightning port, and the phone charged perfect, then I closed it and the port stopped working.

Then I replaced it again with another new port, and started working (phone was off and turned on after plugging the cable) but when the phone restarted it did not take charge.

I cleaned all connectors and verified the logic board, there is no water or physical damage.

It seems some electrical issue but I don't understand where.
