Pentalobe Screws and Apple Watch
I was wondering if anyone knew what exact size the pentalobe screws on the Apple Watch band adapter.

Confirmed Penalobe screw size for the Apple Watch Classic or Modern Buckle bands. The size is an IPR3 , TS3, this is one size larger than what is used to open the iPhone case.

There are as I said only 3 sizes of pentalobe screws. The ifixit 54-bit screwdriver kit has all 3 included. Or you can get the pro tech tool kit. That includes the bit set and much more.
Although there is no (known) official standard naming-scheme; the size is commonly known as P-sizes. TS-sizes are sometimes used; but leave room for mixing up with regular Torx Sizes. Many sources are using the wrong scheme (i.e. mixing P- and T- naming). The following sizes are used by iFixit.com:

Pentalobe Driver sizes
Who knows what is the exact name and tooling to remove the pentalobe screws to change the leather watch strap? Is it a TX4?
The exact size for the Apple Watch Band is PL2 0.9 mm
It's hard to find. Look for wiha pentalobe 5-point driver set

And now a forth size
So I've purchased a 0.8 and a 1.2 pentalobe driver and the 0.8 is too small and the 1.2 is too big... Can anyone confirm one that they've bought and personally used to work?

Yes I have confirmed that the set I posted above from Wiha has the correct size for apple watch.

I bought my Pentalobe drivers from KC Tools Co.. Great to deal with and purchase from. Look into Wiha and PL2.

The factory classic leather buckle band has pentelope screws that hold the metal adapters that hook onto the apple watch.
