I think I may have fried something when trying to remove screen?

I performed a screen replacement on the Motorola DROID MAXX XT1080, originally attempted to seperate the lcd and glass, after which the lcd wouldn't come on, I ordered the entire display assembly including the frame, and still won't come on. I'm assuming I must have fried something but I don't know where to look next, would be extremely grateful for any suggestions, also, when connected to a power source the phone will vibrate about every 30 seconds or so, could be relevant, but regardless needs to not do that, please help
