I've just had the old 4850 Graphic card replaced with a Radeon HD 5670, 512MB VRAM and increased the Ram to 12GB I notice sometimes the screen flickers? Should I be concerned or is there a fix?
Any help much appreciated!

I would be very concerned. What was the part source? What was the repair source?

The 4850 card was dead. It was repaired by someone who specialises in iMacs
