My phone didnt start messing up like this until yesterday, my phone will not power on completely, it will power on to the blu screen but thats about it, i need help fixing it please! also let me add that my phone is cracked.

1.) PERFORM SOFT RESET ON GALAXY .
2.) LET GALAXY S4 CHARGE FOR 10 MINUTES
3.)BOOT GALAXY S4 IN SAFE MODE
4.) BOOT GALAXY S4 IN RECOVERY MODE
