My laptop won't turn on at all
It happened once before wnen the battery was low,it has been plugged in over 24hours and nothing

Unplug the battery and the power cord, press power button for 20-30 seconds, reconnect power cord and press power button.

What exact make and model is your laptop? At this time I assume its a HP D (V)6500......
