Phone rebooting after battery replacement

So I have recently had a standard iPhone 5 in for repair, just the standard battery replacement like countless others, however, after replacement the phone will boot up (phone has done this will several NEW batteries and customers original battery) and then after about 5 minutes, the screen turns either red or blue with white or black lines down the screen. The phone powers down then restarts as per normal, but with a different battery percentage ??? Anybody have any ideas? Phone is on iOS 8.4

I've tried several different batteries and yet the same thing, disconnected each component while booting the phone and seeing if any of them are short circuiting but to no avail

I highly suspect your problem is pry damage just to the right of the battery connector. You've likely knocked off one or multiple components with your spudger, fingernail, tweezers, or whatever you used to disconnect the battery. This is a common mistake, but requires micro soldering and likely a parts board to repair. Personally, I'm too blind to do it without a microscope. It's advisable to use your heat gun to place these rather than trying to get on it with an iron. The folks with the nice equipment use hot tweezers. I'm not nice and I don't have hot tweezers. Hakko makes a nice set of hot tweezers that I'm super envious of.

Google "battery pry damage iphone 5" to find some pictures of the damage I'm talking about, its too late in the evening and I'm too intoxicated to do it for you.

Best of luck with it friend, to better see what you're dealing with, without buying a microscope, Radioshack sells a little cell phone camera adapter microscope that does a decent job for observation and finding these things (can't work under it of course) tell the person at radioshack you want a 630-1331, surely they can deal with that (its their own sku number) and hopefully find you one.

Possibly board damage to the connector or components around it. Try to look at the battery socket on the board, and see if there is any pry damage (use a microscope if you have one), and also check for any missing board components that may have been knocked off.

I've done both of those, there is no damage that I can see to the power connector or any of the surrounding chips. Using a microscope showed nothing also, I have checked the Diagnostics and seen that there is a constant panic.ips log being put forth everytime the phone dies and reboots, any clues? This is the first time I have encountered something like this on the iPhone 5's, never had any problems before, I hope it isn't a compatability issue with iOS 8.4 or something like that
