Hi iFixit folks. This is my first post... I have a Lumix GX1 digital camera (I don't think there's a repair guide for it ...
The screen of my camera is covered with a lot of spots. I need to change the screen. How can I do it and where can I get a new screen? Thank you for answering.

Roland you are right, there is no guide yet. See if the instructions on the images are helping you out. Remember to create a guide when you change the LCD "screen". Here is the link to start a new guide:-)

My GX1 behaved like there was some cable with bad connection inside the camera itself. So I took it apart with the help of your description, disengaged to flat-cables, used contact spay to clean the contact areas and reassembled the camera. Now it works. But I wanted to ask you if you know where to get a new screen.

Thanks for answering and the instructions. I ordered a screen, hope I get it next week. Than I try to repair and to start a new guide.
