Did Apple make a slight variation to the screw heads since the iPhone 4? Or can I use this iPhone 4 screwdriver with the iPhone 6 one? Someone was selling in-store, but told me it was only iPhone 4.

The screws are the same. You can use the same pentalobe screwdriver on the iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 5c, 6 and 6+
