Microphone on HANDSFREE mode doesn't work

Hello!Microphone on my oneplus one doesn't work when i talking on handsfree mode . When i switch to standart mode my interlocutor hear me. I think when it happens when defferent microphone work. I read somewhere that there are three microphones on oneplus one. Also it doesn't work when i talking with camera on Skype, Viber, etc. It seems to be the same microphone.

How can i fix it?
