Can't increase brightness after a screen repair

Hi Guys,

I'm new here. My problem is Last day I have repaired my Xperia Z screen assembly. After repairing it I found that I can't adjust the screen brightness. The dispaly is at it's lowest brightness if the brightness level is 0 or if it is 100. I don't why this happens. I did a hard reset. But it doesn't solve the problem. please help me to resolve this problem.

Same here. The back of mine has been broken for a while but the actual screen is fine. Now the brightness doesn't change unless I set it to be different and then restart the phone

Go to display settings and turn off smart backlight control. This worked for me

Same here z2 just cant get it bright enough, and it now has a slight green tint.
